I weighed in today, since last time i did WW, I used Wednesdays as my weigh in days.
I did ok, i lost 1lb in 5 days. I am going to do my weigh ins on Fridays now.
With the upcoming trips the next three weekends, I think it would match up way better.
Today wa s a good gym day, I did 50 mins on the arc trainer, and 25 mins walking with a decent incline on the treadmill.
I need a good work out tomorrow so that I don't feel too bad about not working out in Miami...maybe they have a gym at the hotel.. I will start looking.
Anyhow :) I think tomorrow's post will be about gym watching :)
