UGh... that dreaded set backs..

I knew when I started back at the beginning of February that the "odds" were stacked against me.

3 trips, one of which was 8 days in Disney.. is just not diet friendly.


This weeks weigh in was not so great at all.. it was the first crappy one since I started. I had the set back I decidedly knew would happen but it still sucks.

I have been at the gym everyday this week. I have been eating like crap this week.

Today starting back to the diet , sticking to it and no exceptions.

My birthday is creeping up on me and I don't want to be disgusted with myself again.

Today: 50 minutes on the cross trainer and 6 weight machines for legs.

Added bonus.. my knee is nicely swollen .
